Down Home Salad

A little different pasta salad.....

Ingredients:
2 cups macaroni shells
1 can peas and carrots, drained
8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/8 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1 tablespoon parsley
Oil and vinegar dressing

1. Cook macaroni as package directs. Drain and cool.
2. Combine macaroni, peas and carrots, bacon, eggs, garlic, onion salt and parsley.
3. Chill
4. Toss with oil and vinegar dressing.
Makes 4 t0 6 servings
